Trips for Kids - Pocono Flow
Ride Program

The Trips for Kids – Pocono Flow chapter of Northeast Pennsylvania, an initiative of Youth Infusion, Inc., was chartered in July 2010. Since then, Youth Infusion, Inc. has been working steadily to launch its pilot ride program, in partnership with the National Park Service, which will incorporate personal challenges, physical activity, healthy snacks, and environmental awareness.
Each ride session will include the following components:
• Safety Lessons
• Riding Skills
• Educational Speakers
• Group Ride
• Evaluation
As a chapter of Trips for Kids International, Youth Infusion, Inc. received five brand new bikes from Trek Bikes as well as ten brand new helmets. Youth who need bikes can use TFK bikes for all rides. To register for upcoming rides, please contact TFK - Pocono Flow Ride Leader Jim Dellavalle via email at jimdellavalle@hotmail.com. Below is a list of upcoming ride dates and times. Please call for details as ride dates/times are subject to change:

Ride leaders are required to have criminal backgrounds
and CPR certification. Special thanks go to Professor Scott Dietrich from East Stroudsburg University! In October 2010, Dr. D. certified four TFK - Pocono Flow ride leaders in CPR / AED as an in-kind donation to the organization....Thanks again, Dr. D!
